تقدم GEMS Winchester School تعليماً وفق المنهج البريطاني من مرحلة FS1 حتى الصف الثالث عشر، وتتراوح الرسوم الدراسية للعام الأكاديمي 2025-2026 بين AED 20,370 لمرحلة التأسيس وAED 38,403 للصفين الثاني عشر والثالث عشر. تُقسَّم الرسوم على ثلاثة فصول دراسية، إذ يمثل الفصل الأول (من أغسطس إلى ديسمبر) 40% من الرسوم السنوية، فيما يمثل كل من الفصلين الثاني والثالث (من يناير إلى مارس، ومن أبريل إلى يوليو) 30% لكل منهما. يتيح هذا الهيكل الفصلي الشفاف للأسر التخطيط لميزانياتها بصورة واضحة ومنظمة.
تُعدّ رسوم المدرسة تنافسية ضمن الشريحة المتوسطة من مدارس المنهج البريطاني في دبي. أما التكاليف الإضافية كالزي المدرسي والرحلات التعليمية ودعم التعلم ورسوم الامتحانات والمواصلات، فتُفوتَر بصورة منفصلة ولا تشملها الرسوم الدراسية المعلنة. يُشترط دفع وديعة تسجيل بنسبة 10% من الرسوم السنوية عند قبول مقعد الطالب، وهي قابلة للخصم من إجمالي الرسوم غير أنها غير قابلة للاسترداد. كما يتعين على الطلاب الحاليين دفع وديعة إعادة تسجيل بنسبة 5% من الرسوم السنوية لضمان مقاعدهم في العام الأكاديمي التالي.
قد تستفيد الأسر التي يلتحق أكثر من طفل منها بالمدرسة من سياسة الخصم للأشقاء، التي توفر خصومات تصل إلى 25% للشقيق الرابع، وحتى 50% للشقيقين الخامس والسادس. كما تتعاون المدرسة مع بنك أبوظبي الأول (FAB)، مما يتيح للأولياء خيار سداد الرسوم السنوية مقدماً باستخدام بطاقة FAB GEMS World Credit Card والحصول على خصم يصل إلى 3%، إلى جانب مزايا إضافية على النفقات المدرسية.
