Universal Philippine School occupies a single campus on Al Ikhtira' Street in the Al Muwaij'i district of Al Ain, established in 2022 as the first and only Filipino curriculum school in the city. Campus size data has not been disclosed [MISSING: total campus area in sqm or acres], and the school has not published floor plans or facility inventories beyond what appeared in its first ADEK inspection. With 264 students enrolled across KG through to Junior and Senior High School, the physical environment is modest in scale — and, based on inspection evidence, modest in provision.

The academic resource picture is stark. The school's library — its primary dedicated learning resource space — contains approximately 25 fiction titles and around 50 non-fiction, general knowledge, science, and reference books in total, supplemented by 6 computer seats and 3 reading tables, plus a small cushioned storytelling corner for KG students. ADEK inspectors noted this is wholly inadequate for a school of 264 students, and the library is only accessible when teachers book it in advance, meaning most year groups rarely use it. There is no dedicated science laboratory, no maker space, no performing arts facility, and no technology suite referenced in inspection findings. ADEK rated management, staffing, facilities and resources as Weak in the school's inaugural 2024–2025 inspection — the lowest available rating.

Sports provision is similarly limited. The school has participated in basketball competition — notably the Sharjah Sports Tournament — and lists Track and Field among its activities, but no on-site gymnasium, swimming pool, or dedicated sports hall is documented [MISSING: sports facility dimensions and specifications]. Arts and performance activities including drama, dance, music, visual arts, and photography are listed as extra-curricular offerings, but no dedicated performance space or arts studio is confirmed [MISSING: arts facility details]. Medical and dining facilities are also undocumented [MISSING: on-site clinic or canteen details].

At fees ranging from AED 6,000 to AED 12,700 annually, UPS sits well below the median fee across all Philippine curriculum schools in the UAE and far below the citywide Abu Dhabi median. At this fee level, parents should not expect premium infrastructure — the school's pricing reflects its community-focused, affordable positioning for Al Ain's Filipino expatriate families. However, even accounting for the fee tier, the current library and resource provision falls below a basic functional standard. The school came under new ownership of Al Ansari Education Group in late December 2024, and improvement to facilities and resources is explicitly flagged in ADEK's recommendations. Whether the new ownership group will accelerate investment in the physical learning environment remains to be seen.
