Our Own High School - Al Warqa follows the Indian (CBSE) curriculum and offers a transparent fee structure for the 2025–2026 academic year, with annual tuition fees ranging from AED 7,828 for KG1 & KG2 up to AED 16,299 for Grade 11 and Grade 12 (Science stream). The school has consistently maintained a Good DSIB rating since 2010–2011, reflecting strong value for the fees charged. Fees are set in accordance with KHDA regulations and are subject to change under applicable UAE private education bylaws.
For new admissions, a non-refundable application fee of AED 525 is payable upon acceptance of the offer letter (waived for existing GEMS students). A registration deposit of 10% of the annual fee is also collected at the time of admission; this is adjustable against the total tuition fee for the academic year. Additional charges include AED 31.50 (including VAT) for a Bus ID card, Diary, and Report Card. Board exam fees apply for Grade 10 (AED 825) and Grade 12 (AED 900), and CBSE registration fees of AED 100 apply for Grades 9 and 11.
Parents can pay fees online via the GEMS OASIS portal, at the school fee counter (cash, credit card, or cheque), or via direct bank transfer. The school also offers the option to pay annual fees in advance using the FAB GEMS World Credit Card to save up to 3%. Cheques must be made in favour of 'Our Own High School-Al Warqa'a, Dubai' and post-dated cheques are not accepted. Students with outstanding fees will not be permitted to sit school examinations and reports will be withheld.
