Payment Terms
First term fee must be paid before the start of the academic year. Post-dated cheques (PDCs) for Term 2 and Term 3 must be submitted at the time of Term 1 payment. Registration fee is adjusted against Term 1 fees. A charge of AED 500 applies per returned cheque; after two returned cheques, only cash or electronic transfer is accepted. Manthena American School in Sharjah offers a competitively structured tuition fee schedule for the Academic Year 2025–2026, approved by the Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA). Fees range from AED 18,000 for Pre-KG to AED 31,380 for Grades 11 and 12 after the Founders Discount of up to 40% is applied. The SPEA-approved full fees range from AED 30,000 to AED 52,300, making the discounted rates a significant saving for families enrolling during the founders period.
The tuition fees cover core academic instruction across all grade levels from Pre-KG through Grade 12 under the American curriculum. However, families should note that books and learning resources, uniforms, school trips, food and beverages, and external after-school activities are not included in the tuition fee. Uniform costs are set at AED 720 per year as per the SPEA schedule. Transportation, if availed, is also charged separately.
Fees are payable in three installments across the academic year, with the first term payment due before the start of the academic year on 10th August 2025. The school accepts cash, cheques, and credit card payments, providing flexibility for families.
