Jumeirah College occupies a well-established campus in Al Safa, one of Dubai's most sought-after residential neighbourhoods, just off Al Wasl Road. Founded in 2000 and operating across two adjacent sites, the school has undergone a substantial three-phase expansion programme between 2023 and 2025 — arguably the most significant physical transformation in its history. For a school charging between AED 78,946 and AED 98,681 annually — well above the British curriculum median of AED 49,630 among British curriculum schools in Dubai — the investment in facilities is both expected and, on the evidence available, largely delivered.

The most visible addition is a dedicated sixth-form wing, housed in a converted villa adjacent to the main building and opened in late 2023. It includes a café, common room, research library, upgraded administration spaces, and bespoke teaching spaces — a meaningful upgrade for post-16 students that reflects the school's strong A Level identity. Phase Two, completed early 2024, added a robotics, AI and VR suite alongside additional science laboratories, directly supporting the school's technology and STEM provision. Phase Three, completed for the 2024–25 academic year, delivered an auditorium with retractable seating, black box drama classrooms, new music suites, a food technology lab, an enlarged canteen, a new multi-purpose sports hall, and an enhanced swimming pool and surrounds.

Sports provision is a genuine strength. The school offers an air-conditioned multi-purpose sports hall, a 25-metre temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool with both poolside and underwater music systems, and high-quality outdoor tennis courts — with a second sports hall now also complete. These are facilities that comfortably meet the expectations of a school at this fee level. [MISSING: campus size in square metres], which limits a full assessment of outdoor space relative to the 1,294-student roll.

Arts and performance spaces have been meaningfully expanded. The new auditorium with retractable seating, black box drama classrooms, and dedicated music suites represent a significant step up from what was previously available, and bring JC's creative arts infrastructure closer to what parents at this price point would reasonably expect. The food technology lab adds further breadth to the practical curriculum offer.

Dining and wellbeing provision has also been addressed. The enlarged canteen, completed for 2024–25, responds directly to earlier parent feedback about overcrowding. Medical personnel are on site, and the KHDA inspection noted that staff are "active in the promotion of healthy living." Two guidance counsellors support a student body of 1,294 — a ratio that warrants monitoring as enrolment grows. The school's wellbeing provision was rated Outstanding by KHDA in 2023–24, with inspectors describing the buildings as "extremely well maintained" and confirming that they "provide a secure learning environment where all students can feel safe."

The KHDA inspection also rated management, staffing, facilities and resources as Outstanding — the highest available grade. That said, the three-phase expansion was still partially in progress at the time of the December 2023 inspection, meaning the full benefit of Phase Three additions had not yet been assessed by inspectors. Parents considering the school should note that the campus is now substantially more complete than it was when that inspection took place. On balance, the facilities trajectory at Jumeirah College is strongly positive, and the recent capital investment represents a credible effort to match the physical environment to the school's academic reputation and premium fee positioning.
