German International School Dubai (DISD) offers a German curriculum from Pre-Primary through Grade 12, with annual tuition fees ranging from AED 38,760 for Pre-Primary and KG 1 up to AED 73,227 for Grades 11 and 12. All fees are approved by the KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority). The school provides schoolbooks as part of the standard offering, which reduces the additional costs families need to budget for compared to many other international schools in Dubai.
Fees are payable in three instalments: 40% due on 15 August (Term 1), 30% due on 1 January (Term 2), and 30% due on 1 April (Term 3). A one-time registration fee of AED 525 (inclusive of 5% VAT) is payable upon application, and a non-refundable admission fee equivalent to 10% of annual tuition is required to secure a place. An annual re-registration fee of 5% of tuition is charged each April for returning students, which is credited against the following year's fees. Costs not included in tuition fees include school trips, the school bus, uniforms (from Grade 1), the canteen, iPads (from Grade 1), and after-school CCA activities.
The school offers a sibling discount of 20% on tuition fees for the third and any subsequent children (applied to the youngest child).
