From the Reggio Emilia-inspired Nursery for two and three-year-olds, through the Primary Years Programme (PYP, ages 3-11), the Middle Years Programme (MYP, Grades 6-10), and into the Diploma Programme (DP) or Career-related Programme (CP) for Grades 11-12, every stage is designed to develop inquiry, conceptual understanding, and independent thinking. This is not a school that drills students toward a single high-stakes exam; it is a school that builds intellectual habits across a decade and a half of learning. The teaching methodology is explicitly inquiry-based throughout. In the KG phase, KHDA inspectors rated teaching for effective learning as Outstanding, and this quality remains very good through PYP, MYP, and DP. The school's assessment processes are described by inspectors as well-aligned to IB curriculum standards, though the use of assessment data to support individual learners - particularly EAL students - is flagged as inconsistent.
