GEMS Our Own Indian School offers a CBSE (Indian curriculum) education at highly competitive fee rates for Dubai, ranging from AED 7,209 for KG 1–2 up to AED 14,696 for Grades 11–12. The school has received a 'Very Good' DSIB inspection rating for 2023–2024, making it one of the stronger-value Indian curriculum schools in the city. Fees are set in accordance with the KHDA School Fee Framework and are subject to annual review and approval.
In addition to tuition fees, families should budget for a number of mandatory annual charges, including activity fees (ranging from AED 150 for KG to AED 450 for Grades 11–12), computer fees (AED 120 for Grades 1–4 and AED 160 for Grades 5–12), and board exam fees for Grades 10 and 12. New students are also required to pay a one-time application fee of AED 500 + 5% VAT, and a registration deposit of 10% of the total annual tuition fee is collected at admission, which is then deducted from the year's fees.
Tuition fees are collected in 10 monthly instalments (no fees in July and August, with the 9th and 10th instalments collected together in February). Computer fees are payable for 8 months only. The school accepts payment via bank transfer and cheque, and families using the FAB GEMS World Credit Card can save up to 3% when paying annual fees in advance. A returned cheque incurs an administrative fee of AED 250 + 5% VAT.
