GEMS Dubai American Academy charges AED 66,185 per year for KG 1 and KG 2, and AED 93,300 per year for Grade 1 through Grade 12 (including IB Grades 11 and 12) for the 2025–2026 academic year. These fees are among the higher end of Dubai's school fee spectrum, reflecting the school's Outstanding KHDA rating — a distinction it has held consistently since 2011–2012. The school follows an American curriculum and serves students from KG 1 through Grade 12.
School fees are inclusive of loaned textbooks and an iPad (for Elementary and Middle School students), as well as registration for internal after-school activities. Fees do not cover uniforms, transport, lunch, or external activity offerings. Students in Middle and High School are expected to provide their own laptop. An additional fee of AED 10,000 per annum will apply from AY 2026–2027 for students enrolled in the English Language Learner (ELL) Program (KG 2 – Grade 12).
Tuition fees are payable in three termly instalments (40% in Term 1, 30% in Term 2, 30% in Term 3). New students pay a non-refundable registration deposit of 10% of annual fees, deductible from total tuition. Existing students pay a re-registration deposit of 5% of annual fees. An application fee of AED 525 (including VAT) is charged at the time of application. A sibling discount is available for families with four or more children enrolled.
