تقدم أكاديمية جيمس دبي الأمريكية جدول رسوم واضحاً ومنظماً للعام الدراسي 2025-2026. تبلغ الرسوم الدراسية AED 66,185 لمرحلتي الروضة الأولى والثانية، وAED 93,300 للصفوف من الأول حتى الثاني عشر (بما في ذلك صفوف دبلوم IB للصفين الحادي عشر والثاني عشر). وقد حُددت هذه الرسوم وفقاً لإطار الرسوم المدرسية الصادر عن KHDA (هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية)، وتُعدّ من بين الأعلى في سوق المدارس الخاصة بدبي، وهو ما يعكس حصول المدرسة على تصنيف متميز بشكل مستمر في تقارير هيئة التفتيش DSIB منذ العام الدراسي 2011-2012.
تشمل الرسوم الدراسية الكتب المُعارة وجهاز iPad (لطلاب المرحلة الابتدائية والمتوسطة فقط)، بالإضافة إلى التسجيل في الأنشطة اللاصفية الداخلية بعد الدوام المدرسي. لا تشمل الرسوم الزي المدرسي أو النقل أو الغداء أو الأنشطة الخارجية. ويُتوقع من طلاب المرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية إحضار أجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمولة الخاصة بهم. كما ستُفرض رسوم إضافية قدرها AED 10,000 سنوياً اعتباراً من العام الدراسي 2026-2027 على الطلاب المسجلين في برنامج متعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية (ELL) (وتسري على المراحل من الروضة الثانية حتى الصف الثاني عشر).
تُسدد الرسوم على ثلاثة أقساط فصلية (40% للفصل الأول، و30% للفصل الثاني، و30% للفصل الثالث)، ويمكن الدفع عبر تطبيق GEMS Connect أو بوابة أولياء الأمور GEMS Parent Portal أو التحويل المصرفي أو نقداً أو بشيك أو ببطاقة ائتمان. يُشترط دفع وديعة تسجيل بنسبة 10% من الرسوم السنوية للطلاب الجدد عند القبول، بينما يدفع الطلاب الحاليون وديعة إعادة تسجيل بنسبة 5% — وكلتاهما تُخصمان من إجمالي الرسوم الدراسية للعام. ويمكن لأولياء الأمور الذين يستخدمون بطاقة FAB GEMS World الائتمانية توفير ما يصل إلى 4.25% عند سداد الرسوم مقدماً.
