Dubai Gem Private School offers a British curriculum (FS1 to Year 13) with annual tuition fees ranging from AED 13,519 for Foundation Stage to AED 27,756 for Year 13. Fees are structured across three terms, payable in September, January, and April for FS1–Year 10, and in September, December, and March for Year 11–13. Beyond tuition, the school charges mandatory fees covering PE uniform, medical, classroom resources, and activity fees each term, as well as a one-time books fee per academic year for most year groups.

New students are required to pay an application fee of AED 525 (including VAT) and a registration/advance fee equivalent to approximately 10% of annual tuition, which is later adjusted against first-term fees. Existing students pay a re-registration fee with their third-term invoice, also adjusted against the following year's first term. Optional fees covering online learning resources, yearbook, photographs, events, trips, graduation, ECA, and STEM activities are available for all year groups, adding further flexibility to the fee structure.

The school offers several discount programmes to support families, including a staff discount of 10% of annual tuition, a sibling discount for families with three or more children enrolled, and an early payment discount of up to 10% for full-year fees paid by 20th September. Humanitarian financial aid and full-fee scholarships through the KHDA Rahaal programme for talented students are also available subject to Board approval. Transport is offered at AED 2,000–AED 2,800 per term depending on location.
