CEO-Principal Deepika Thapar Singh has led Credence High School L.L.C since 19 March 2016, bringing over eight years of prior experience as principal of The Airforce School in New Delhi. Her tenure of nearly a decade at Credence represents a significant source of institutional stability — a continuity that is directly reflected in the school's steady upward trajectory from an Acceptable rating in 2016–2017 to Very Good in both 2022–2023 and 2023–2024. The 2023–2024 KHDA inspection describes her as "an outstanding leader" who builds highly effective teams and drives academic excellence in a rapidly growing school. She is supported by Vice-Principal Mr. Shivendra Bharadwaj.

At the governance level, the school is chaired by Abdulla Nalapad, whose founding vision — articulated around student happiness, dignity, and community sensitivity — is visibly embedded in school culture. The governing board is described by KHDA inspectors as "highly accessible and responsive to needs," with governance rated Very Good in the 2023–2024 inspection. Management, staffing, facilities and resources were rated Outstanding — the highest possible grade — reflecting strong operational leadership across the institution.

With 140 teachers serving 2,056 students, Credence operates at a student-to-teacher ratio of 1:15. This sits slightly above the Dubai-wide average of 1:13.6 across 204 schools with ratio data, meaning classes are marginally larger on average than the city norm. [MISSING: staff qualification percentage data, e.g. proportion holding Masters or above] The school also employs 30 teaching assistants and 2 guidance counsellors, providing additional layers of pastoral and learning support for its 117 students of determination.

Teaching quality is broadly strong but uneven. KHDA rated teaching for effective learning as Very Good across KG, Middle and Secondary phases, but only Good in the Primary phase — a gap that inspectors explicitly flagged as an area requiring improvement. The inspection notes that while the large majority of lessons are very effective, quality varies considerably between and within subjects, and teachers do not consistently use questioning techniques that stimulate critical thinking. Parents considering the primary years should note this finding.

Where Credence genuinely excels is in its relationship with families and its school culture. Parents and community engagement was rated Outstanding by KHDA — the highest grade available — with inspectors describing parental engagement as "highly successful, with exceptional communication and reporting." Parents are actively involved in curriculum review, and the school's wellbeing committee, led by the principal, integrates student and parent feedback into resource allocation decisions. Personal and social development was rated Outstanding across all phases, and student attendance consistently reaches at least 98% — a strong signal of a community that trusts and values the school. The school's motto, "Character is Destiny," is not merely decorative; it is substantiated by inspection evidence of students who are courteous, resilient, and civic-minded.
