Payment Terms
Fees must be received before the first day of school. Registration fee (5% of annual fees) is due upon enrolment and is included in the Term 1 payment. Payment deadlines: Term 1 – 1st August, Term 2 – 1st December, Term 3 – 1st March. For online payment, a reference number must be requested from the Finance or Registrations Team.

Aspen Heights British School offers a British curriculum education in Abu Dhabi, with tuition fees for the 2025–2026 academic year ranging from AED 38,080 for Foundation Stage (FS1/Nursery and FS2) up to AED 65,290 for Year 13. Fees are structured across three year-group bands: Foundation and early primary (FS1–Year 1) at AED 38,080, Years 2–7 at AED 48,960, Years 8–10 at AED 54,410, Years 11–12 at AED 59,850, and Year 13 at AED 65,290. The school also offers specialist Oasis provision for students with additional learning needs, priced at AED 54,410 (KS1) and AED 60,000 (KS2) plus therapy fees.
Fees are payable annually or in three termly instalments, due on 1st August (Term 1), 1st December (Term 2), and 1st March (Term 3). A registration fee of 5% of annual tuition is charged upon enrolment and is included within the Term 1 payment. The school accepts cash, cheque, credit card, and online banking. Parents should note that external examination fees for Year 11 and Year 13 (IGCSE and A-Level) are charged separately and are the sole responsibility of parents.
Aspen Heights British School provides a range of discounts to support families, including a 10% discount for residents of Al Reef 1 and Al Reef 2, sibling discounts for families with multiple children enrolled, and corporate discounts for employees of partner organisations including ADNOC and Fazaa. Bus transportation is available across Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas at a flat rate of AED 5,000 per annum in line with ADEK policy. School uniform is available for purchase on-site.
