Ambassador School is led by Principal Dr. Sheela Menon, who has been in post since 09 September 2015 — a tenure of nearly a decade that signals genuine continuity at the helm. On teaching quality, the effectiveness of leadership was rated Very Good and teaching for effective learning was rated Very Good across all phases, with assessment rated Outstanding in Secondary. Inspectors found high-quality teaching to be especially consistent in Secondary, where skilful questioning, effective differentiation and a data-driven approach to assessment were evident. Some variability was noted in Arabic and in certain KG and lower Primary classes — a candid finding that reflects the inspection's balanced view of provision.

The staffing picture is a clear strength. Ambassador School reports a student-teacher ratio of 1:9, significantly more favourable than the Dubai private school average of 1:13.6 across all curricula. The school also employs 38 teaching assistants alongside its 113 qualified teachers, providing additional classroom support that is particularly relevant given the 162 students of determination enrolled.
