VELCs are early learning centers based in JLT, Umm Suqeim and Nad Al Shiba (coming soon) .The centers are managed by Vernus Education Facilities Management Services (VEMS)and offer an integrated program of International Preschool Curriculum program (the ELCs are IPC franchisees) IPC and American Common Core Curriculum Standards ( CCSS). They encompass nursery to KG2, serving children from the age of six weeks to six years. Our VELCs are committed to providing parents with the very best start for their children.

Arabic language and UAE traditional values underpin the work of the ELC and these influence our care of the individual. We are keen to offer a third language. French language is given as a third core language and parents have the chance to choose Russian or Spanish as an additional fourth language. VELC provides a warm, safe and nurturing environment which helps children to grow and develop to their maximum potential.
