Tuition fees are payable prior to the start of each academic year and invoiced in advance at the beginning of each term. For new students joining mid-year, fees are charged from the start of the month of enrolment. Refunds for credit card or online payments are returned to the original payment method; cash payments are refunded via cheque.

القيمة مقابل المال
تقدم BC Academy International School المنهج البريطاني (النظام البريطاني المؤلف من 13 سنة دراسية) للطلاب من الصف الأول حتى الصف السابع، وتتراوح الرسوم الدراسية السنوية بين 50,000 درهم للصف الأول و60,000 درهم للصفين السادس والسابع. وقد حُدِّدت هذه الرسوم وفقاً لإطار رسوم المدارس الصادر عن KHDA (هيئة المعرفة والتنمية البشرية)، مما يضمن الامتثال التنظيمي والشفافية. وبوصفها مدرسة حديثة التأسيس (2024)، تضع BC Academy نفسها في مصاف المؤسسات التعليمية المتميزة التي تعتمد المنهج البريطاني في منطقة أم سقيم 2 بدبي.
تُوزَّع الرسوم الدراسية على ثلاثة فصول، إذ تُسدَّد بنسبة 40% في الفصل الأول، و30% في الفصل الثاني، و30% في الفصل الثالث. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن هذه الرسوم لا تشمل تكاليف الزي المدرسي والوجبات والمواصلات، ولا دعم تعليم اللغة الإنجليزية أو ذوي الاحتياجات التعليمية الخاصة. كما يُشترط سداد رسوم طلب قدرها 525 درهماً (شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة) عند تقديم الاستفسار الإلكتروني، فضلاً عن وديعة تسجيل بقيمة 10% من الرسوم الدراسية السنوية لتأمين مقعد الطالب بعد قبول العرض.
تمنح BC Academy خصماً للأسر التي تُسجِّل أكثر من طفل، إذ يحصل الطفل الرابع والخامس على خصم 5% من الرسوم الدراسية. وقد تتوفر أيضاً خصومات للمؤسسين ومنح دراسية يمكن الاستفسار عنها. أما وديعة إعادة التسجيل للطلاب الحاليين فتبلغ 5% من إجمالي الرسوم الدراسية، وهي قابلة للخصم من رسوم العام التالي، غير أنها غير قابلة للاسترداد بأي حال.
