In terms of academic outcomes, the picture is mixed. The school's most recent School Performance Review (SPR), conducted 29 January – 1 February 2024, rated overall effectiveness as Acceptable — a rating held consistently across the 2022–23, 2023–24, and 2024–25 review cycles. Inspectors noted that external CBSE examination results are acceptable in English for Grades 10 and 12, but weak in Mathematics and Science for Grades 10 and 12, and weak in Business Studies, Economics, and Accountancy at the High phase. The school offers several enrichment and support initiatives worth noting. The Class-Activities (CA) period is embedded across the middle school to develop confidence, creativity, and commitment. Annual events including Digital Fest and SCIENMATICS provide platforms for student innovation and cross-disciplinary exploration. Remedial classes for SEN students and low achievers are delivered during school hours, and a student counsellor is in post within the secondary section. The monitoring of teaching strategies to meet the needs of SEN and Gifted and Talented students was rated inadequate, with no differentiated provision framework evidenced. The school's use of assessment data to inform curriculum planning and teaching decisions was also flagged as weak. A teacher turnover rate of 40% represents a significant structural challenge to continuity of learning. Student attendance, recorded at approximately 84%, was rated weak and had not improved since the previous review — a concern with direct implications for academic progress. Compared to peer schools offering the Indian curriculum in Sharjah, Radiant School has ground to make up on measurable academic outcomes, even as it maintains genuine strengths in student wellbeing, cultural values, and community engagement.
