Radiant Indian School for Girls & Boys delivers the Indian CBSE curriculum from KG1 through Grade 12, making it one of only a small number of schools in Sharjah formally accredited under the Central Board of Secondary Education framework. The academic programme is taught entirely in English, with the secondary section offering two distinct senior pathways: a Commerce stream and a Science stream at Grade 11, providing students with structured routes toward university study. Assessment follows the CBSE Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) method, combining Formative Assessments and Summative Assessments across two terms — a structure designed to reduce high-stakes pressure while tracking progress throughout the year.

In terms of academic outcomes, the picture is mixed. The school's most recent School Performance Review (SPR), conducted 29 January – 1 February 2024, rated overall effectiveness as Acceptable — a rating held consistently across the 2022–23, 2023–24, and 2024–25 review cycles.
