Pamir Private School L.L.C S.P offers a distinctive dual-framework academic programme: Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in KG, transitioning to the Pakistani Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) curriculum from Grade 1 through Grade 12. Instruction is delivered entirely in English across all phases, with Arts and Sciences pathways available at secondary level. Core subjects span English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Arabic as an Additional Language, Islamic Studies, and Urdu — making this one of only two Pakistani curriculum schools among Sharjah's 233 private schools, and the only one currently rated Good by SPEA.

The school's 2024 SPEA inspection — conducted over four days with 139 lesson observations by a team of five reviewers — awarded an overall effectiveness rating of Good, a meaningful step up from its previous Acceptable rating in 2022–23. Inspectors identified student progress across almost all subjects as a key strength, and FBISE external examination results were highlighted as particularly noteworthy: outstanding in computer science, and very good in Urdu, English, Islamic Education, and Social Studies. These results reflect genuine academic momentum in a school that has been operational since 2019. The school's student-teacher ratio of 1:11 compares favourably against the Sharjah private school average of 13.6, suggesting relatively attentive classroom environments.

Specialist provision includes a SEN and Gifted & Talented programme supported by a qualified SENCO team, a dedicated learning resource room, and a STEAM Lab complementing fully equipped science laboratories. The school has embedded the Digital Citizenship Curriculum by Common Sense Education, alongside mandatory Moral Education and UAE Social Studies in compliance with Ministry of Education requirements. Islamic Studies and Quran recitation (Nazra) form a meaningful part of the timetable across all phases, reflecting the school's identity as a community institution serving predominantly Pakistani and Afghani families.

However, parents should weigh these strengths against areas the 2024 inspection flagged for improvement. English attainment is rated only Acceptable in Primary, Middle, and High phases, and ISA international benchmark tests in Primary and Middle were rated weak — a significant concern for families with university aspirations beyond Pakistan. Higher-level reading, analytical writing, and age-appropriate vocabulary remain underdeveloped across multiple phases. Inspectors also noted that leadership must become more accurate and systematic in identifying and addressing gaps in students' learning, and that teaching quality needs to better meet the needs of all student groups. A teacher turnover rate of 25% adds further pressure on consistency of delivery. Compared to peer Pakistani curriculum schools in the region, the absence of published university destination data and the weak ISA benchmark performance represent gaps that families considering post-18 pathways outside Pakistan should carefully consider.
