- •Raise students’ achievement to consistently Very Good or better in Arabic-medium subjects and to consistently Outstanding in English-medium subjects across all phases by: enhancing reading fluency in Arabic, including secure phonics development in Phase 1 and accurate application of Arabic vowels in Phase 2; strengthening students’ ability to write coherently and in well-structured sentences and paragraphs across both Arabic and English, with particular focus on accuracy and detail in Phase 2; deepening students’ conceptual understanding through the use of subject-specific vocabulary and a clearer grasp of key ideas in Islamic Education, Social Studies, and Arabic; expanding students’ higher-order thinking through meaningful connections across concepts in Social Studies and through increased challenge and application in Mathematics and Science, especially for higher attainers.
- •Improve strategies and provision for effective teaching, assessment, and curriculum by: ensuring that lesson time is used effectively to promote student-led research, inquiry, and independent application; improving consistency of feedback quality, and ensuring that assessment information is always used to plan next steps for all students; improving teachers' ability to modify the curriculum to meet the needs of all groups of students, particularly in the Arabic-medium subjects; expanding the integration of UAE heritage, culture, and values in Phase 1 and Year 1 to reinforce national identity and relevance.
