Value for Money
Abu Dhabi Indian School - Wathba (ADIS Branch 1) offers a CBSE curriculum with tuition fees ranging from AED 9,360 for KG1 & KG2 up to AED 20,000 for Grades 11 and 12. These fees are approved and regulated by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) and represent the maximum permissible levels, ensuring transparency and compliance with private school fee regulations. The fee schedule is valid for future academic years unless replaced by a later ADEK-approved schedule.
In addition to tuition, families should budget for books (AED 400 per year), school bus transport (AED 3,985 per year), and uniform (AED 500 per year) — all of which are consistent across all year groups. Fees are collected in a minimum of three installments in accordance with ADEK's Private School Policy and Guidance Manual (Policy #39). Registration fees, when charged, are deductible from tuition and must not exceed 5% of the annual tuition fee. The school is prohibited from collecting any financial guarantee or deposit from parents for enrollment purposes.
Payment is accepted via online bank transfer, cheque, or demand draft — the school does not accept cash. Parents opting for school transportation should note that withdrawal from the transport scheme during the academic year is not permitted except for students applying for a Transfer Certificate, and full-year transport fees (10 working months) are applicable.
