The nursery organises children into four core stages: Babies (45 days to 1 year), Toddlers (1 to 2 years), Nursery (2 to 3 years) and Foundation (3 to 4 years). Each stage follows a structured day of playing, learning and sharing activities suited to the children's developmental needs, from small world play and sensory exploration for babies to phonics, reading and critical thinking for Foundation-age children. Half day, extended day and full day programmes are available, with the most popular package being half day care five days a week. Early starts from 7:00am and late finishes until 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, are offered to support working families. From age two, children can also take part in extra-curricular activities delivered by vetted partners, including sports, dance and martial arts, with a nursery team member always on hand to support care routines.

Toilet independence is guided gently by qualified, compassionate staff as part of each child's development journey. All nurses working across the nursery group are DHA licensed, with specialist qualifications and experience in family medicine, paediatrics and midwifery, and hold bachelor's degrees in nursing. The Head of Operations oversees licensing, compliance, health and safety, and child protection and safeguarding across the group, supporting a safe and well-managed setting for every child.
