New Dubai Nursery implements the best practices of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) programme, structuring learning around the seven areas of learning: communication and language, physical development, personal, social and emotional development, literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, and expressive arts and design. Learning is delivered through dedicated areas in the classroom covering literacy, numeracy, science, exploration, Arabic and Islamic studies, and physical development, giving children a well-rounded introduction to school readiness. Teaching techniques are designed to let children explore, experiment, discover and grow through authentic, real-life experiences. The nursery places emphasis on teacher-child interaction and parent-teacher involvement, supported by an online Parent App that lets families track their child's learning progress and stay connected with the centre from a phone or computer.

New Dubai Nursery enrols children from 2 to 6 years old, with classes organised by age group, including 2 to 3 years, 3 to 4 years, and 4 to 6 years bands, each supported with tailored newsletters and activities. Sessions run from 8:00am to 12:00pm from Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am to 10:30am on Fridays, with extended care available until 6:00pm for families needing a longer day, though this is offered without transport.

Training extends beyond teaching staff to bus assistants, drivers and support staff, with particular attention given to safety, hygiene and child care across the centre. Regular parent-teacher meetings are held to strengthen communication between families and staff, supported by the Parent Involvement Programme (PIP), which partners with parents in their child's daily activities. The nursery's own Parent App also keeps families updated on their child's progress. The required documentation for admission, including immunisation records, is reviewed as part of enrolment, and any updates to a child's medical or personal records must be shared promptly to keep files current for Ministry purposes.
Daily Schedule
The nursery day runs from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Monday to Thursday, and from 8:00am to 10:30am on Fridays. Extended care is available until 6:00pm for families who need it, though this option does not include transport. Admission requires a set of documents for the child, including passport and visa copies, Emirates ID, birth certificate, immunisation records and recent photographs, alongside parent documentation such as passport and Emirates ID copies and details of any authorised pick-up person.
