New Dubai Nursery implements the best practices of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) programme, structuring learning around the seven areas of learning: communication and language, physical development, personal, social and emotional development, literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, and expressive arts and design. Learning is delivered through dedicated areas in the classroom covering literacy, numeracy, science, exploration, Arabic and Islamic studies, and physical development, giving children a well-rounded introduction to school readiness. Teaching techniques are designed to let children explore, experiment, discover and grow through authentic, real-life experiences. The nursery places emphasis on teacher-child interaction and parent-teacher involvement, supported by an online Parent App that lets families track their child's learning progress and stay connected with the centre from a phone or computer.
Age range: 2 to 6 years
New Dubai Nursery enrols children from 2 to 6 years old, with classes organised by age group, including 2 to 3 years, 3 to 4 years, and 4 to 6 years bands, each supported with tailored newsletters and activities. Named classrooms, such as Happy Hippos and Busy Bees, group children by age and stage of development. Sessions run from 8:00am to 12:00pm from Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am to 10:30am on Fridays, with extended care available until 6:00pm for families needing a longer day, though this is offered without transport.
Located on Al Mankhool Road in the Al Hudaiba area of Dubai, New Dubai Nursery offers innovative and interactive indoor and outdoor play areas alongside a safe and secure soft play area for younger children. A Junior Gym facility and dedicated space for aerobics and music sessions support physical development from an early age. The setting also includes reading areas designed to instil a love of books, and a Computer Fun area to introduce children to technology in an age-appropriate way. Sports coaching is provided under the guidance of professional coaches as part of an Early Years Fitness Programme, complementing the nursery's focus on active, physical play. School transport is available, supervised by a female assistant and operated in compliance with RTA safety standards, with drivers and bus assistants trained by the RTA on safety procedures.

New Dubai Nursery has a staff nurse on the premises along with an on-call doctor, and all staff are trained in paediatric first aid and CPR. Training extends beyond teaching staff to bus assistants, drivers and support staff, with particular attention given to safety, hygiene and child care across the centre. Regular parent-teacher meetings are held to strengthen communication between families and staff, supported by the Parent Involvement Programme (PIP), which partners with parents in their child's daily activities. The nursery's own Parent App also keeps families updated on their child's progress. The required documentation for admission, including immunisation records, is reviewed as part of enrolment, and any updates to a child's medical or personal records must be shared promptly to keep files current for Ministry purposes.
The nursery day runs from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Monday to Thursday, and from 8:00am to 10:30am on Fridays. Extended care is available until 6:00pm for families who need it, though this option does not include transport. Activities throughout the day combine classroom learning across literacy, numeracy, science, Arabic and Islamic studies and physical development with sports coaching, music, aerobics and outdoor play.
New Dubai Nursery enrols students throughout the year for children aged 2 to 6. Admission requires a set of documents for the child, including passport and visa copies, Emirates ID, birth certificate, immunisation records and recent photographs, alongside parent documentation such as passport and Emirates ID copies and details of any authorised pick-up person. Primary admission forms, including the admission form, health declaration form, transport form and authorised pick-up form, are available to download from the nursery's website. Families are asked to notify the nursery by email of any updated documents during the academic year so records remain current for Ministry purposes.
