Curriculum & Approach
Little Wonders follows the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) framework, which underpins all learning activities from infancy through to Foundation Stage 2. The approach is built around play-based, interactive and creative methods designed to support each child's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development at their own pace. The nursery incorporates foundational programmes such as STEM, reading and phonics to build early literacy and numeracy skills, alongside a values-based learning system intended to nurture resilience, respect and empathy. Emirati culture and the Arabic language are also woven into the curriculum, alongside exposure to the multiple other cultures represented among the children and staff. Learning is documented through a Learning Journey portfolio, giving parents visibility into their child's progress, while a digital app is used to share day-to-day updates. Physical development is supported through a specialised coach as part of an ASA programme, and the nursery notes collaboration with special education centres to support early diagnosis where needed.
