Little Sprouts ELC follows the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, integrated with Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences. The setting teaches across the seven areas of learning recognised under EYFS: communication and language, physical development, personal, social and emotional development, literacy, mathematics, expressive arts and design, and understanding the world. Learning is delivered through active, play-based methods, with practitioners observing and assessing each child's progress on an ongoing basis to shape teaching and learning experiences. Activities include roleplay, storytelling, movement and coordination games, drawing and craft work, and early phonics and writing practice, all designed to be age-appropriate and to build curiosity and confidence. The nursery also offers additional language exposure through Arabic and Chinese lessons, alongside an inclusive curriculum that reflects diverse cultures, languages and traditions. Enrichment activities such as dance, music, fine arts, fitness, karate and early coding and robotics sessions supplement the core EYFS programme.
