Attendance can be tailored to suit each family, with three, four or five day patterns, half day or full day sessions, and an afternoon club offered on flexible hourly or daily terms. The nursery runs Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with earlier drop-off and later collection available on request.

Curriculum & Approach
Learning Ladder Nursery Park bases its programme on the British EYFS curriculum, a structured framework designed to help children enjoy learning while preparing them for an easy transition into school in the UAE. Alongside this, the nursery incorporates elements of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and Montessori practice, encouraging children to explore, discover and learn through play. Outdoor activity is treated as an essential part of the EYFS approach, supported by the nursery's own secure, shaded and padded outdoor play area as well as access to the wider community playground in JLT. Staff are described as qualified with EYFS experience, undertaking continuous professional development to support each child's individual growth. The curriculum is designed to build not just early knowledge but the tools for higher-order thinking, helping children develop independence, social skills, confidence and a love of learning that carries through into their schooling years.

Age range: 14 months to 5 years
Children at Learning Ladder Nursery Park are grouped into classes such as Daisies, Tulips, Sunflowers and Roses, progressing through the nursery as they grow from babies into pre-schoolers. The nursery is open through the school term and during summer and winter holiday periods, with popular seasonal camp programmes running alongside the core curriculum. Attendance is flexible, with families able to choose three, four or five days a week, and either half-day or full-day sessions. An afternoon club running from around 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. is also available on flexible hourly or daily terms for children needing additional care.

The branch benefits from its own securely fenced, padded and shaded outdoor play space, complemented by a neighbouring community playground that offers further room for outdoor learning. Parents dropping off or collecting children can use the dedicated car park set aside for the nursery. The premises are certified by Dubai Civil Defence and the Environment Health and Safety (EHS) departments of the Dubai Government, and the building is free of stairs or lifts, allowing straightforward, level access throughout.
