Curriculum & Approach
Learn And Fun follows the British Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, using theme-based planning that is adapted to each age group and enriched with additional learning opportunities at every level. Classrooms and teachers work together so that learning connects across subjects and engages the whole child, from personal and social development through to early literacy and numeracy. As children progress from the baby room through to FS2, activities build gradually from sensory play, songs and one-to-one attention towards structured circle time, phonics and letter recognition using the Letters and Sounds programme. This prepares children for the transition into mainstream school with confidence in early reading, writing and social skills. Daily lesson plans are aligned with weekly themes and an annual curriculum framework, and specialist partners support additional activities in areas such as sports, music and dance.
Ages & Programs
Age range: 45 days to 5 years
The nursery organises children into five main stages based on age. Infants (45 days to 12 months) are cared for in a calm, stimulating environment with dedicated sleeping and play areas, with a strong focus on bonding, comfort and sensory activities. Young Toddlers (12 to 24 months) build on this with small group activities, songs and early social routines. Big Toddlers (24 to 36 months) are gently introduced to a classroom setting through play, stories, music and short guided lessons covering early numbers, letters and themes, alongside arts and crafts, puzzles and outdoor play. In FS1 (36 to 48 months) children move into more structured phonics, letter formation and mathematical activities, while FS2 (48 to 60 months) focuses on consolidating reading, writing, personal and social development ahead of school transition. Alongside the core day programme, the nursery offers an affordable afternoon care programme with creative, physical and social activities, plus seasonal summer, winter and spring camps.

Communication with parents is maintained through regular updates, newsletters and parent-teacher conferences, with an emphasis on parents as a child's most influential teachers.
