Le Eskolar's curriculum is patterned after the Philippine DepEd Kindergarten Curriculum Framework, which recognises the inter-relatedness of learning domains and the influence of a child's environment on holistic development. Learning progresses outward from the concept of Myself, to My Family, My School, My Community and the wider world around the child. Curricular components include Language Arts, Reading, Writing and Storytelling, Mathematics, Civics, Values Education, MAPEH and Science, alongside co-curricular and extra-curricular activities that develop physical, social and artistic interests. Teachers are guided to use learner-centred approaches that respond to each child's pace of development. The programme is structured around seven areas of learning and development: Socio-Emotional Development, Values Development, Physical Health and Motor Development, Aesthetic and Creative Development, Mathematics, Understanding of the Physical and Natural Environment, and Language, Literacy and Communication. Together these aim to support children's cognitive, physical and affective growth appropriate to their age.
