Asya's Nursery groups children by age into six named classes. Hedgehogs cater for children of around 12 to 18 months, followed by Squirrels for approximately 18 to 24 months, and Bunnies for around 24 to 30 months. Older children move into Fawns and Badgers, both at Foundation Stage 1 (FS1) level, before progressing to Bears at Foundation Stage 2 (FS2), the final stage before primary school. Drop-off and pick-up times vary slightly by class: FS1 and FS2 children are welcomed from 7:45am with a 12:45pm pick-up option, while other classes begin at 8am with a 1pm pick-up option, alongside longer full-day options extending into the afternoon. An early drop-off service is also available from 7:30am. Between academic terms, the nursery runs holiday camps such as summer, winter and spring camps with themed activities.

Children are checked by the nurse on their return to nursery before rejoining their class. In an emergency, nursery staff are permitted to administer necessary medical treatment, including CPR, if parents cannot be reached. Families provide emergency contact details and can authorise specific named individuals, other than parents, to collect their child, with identification required for anyone not already listed. Outdoor play sessions in the nearby park area are always supervised by the class teacher and assistants, and parents provide consent for their child's participation as part of the registration process.
Daily Schedule
The nursery day begins with an early drop-off option from 7:30am for families who need it, ahead of the standard start times. FS1 and FS2 classes begin at 7:45am, while other classes start at 8am.
