United International Private School L.L.C occupies a single campus in Al Muhaisnah 4, a densely schooled district in Dubai's northeast. Established in 1992, UIPS is the oldest Philippine curriculum school in Dubai and one of only two in the city. The campus serves 1,823 students across KG1 to Grade 12, a co-educational all-through school accommodating ages 4 to 18. No campus size in square metres or acres has been disclosed, which limits a full physical assessment.

Core academic facilities include a computer laboratory supporting computer-based examinations for Grades 4 to 12, a science laboratory, and a library. However, the library is a notable weak point: DSIB's 2023–2024 inspection explicitly flagged the library as under-resourced, and strengthening its provision remains an active recommendation. For a school enrolling nearly 1,800 students, an adequately stocked library is a basic expectation — this gap is meaningful. There is no evidence of a dedicated maker space, performing arts theatre, or specialist STEAM facility beyond the STEM academic track offered in Senior High.

Sports and recreation provision is modest. Facilities listed include a multi-purpose court and a playground. There is no swimming pool, gymnasium, or dedicated athletics track on record. For context, at fees ranging from AED 5,457 to AED 11,990 — well below the citywide median of AED 35,525 across all Dubai private schools — the facility offering is broadly proportionate to the fee level. Parents should calibrate expectations accordingly: UIPS sits firmly in Dubai's value segment, and its physical environment reflects that positioning.

On the positive side, DSIB rated the school's overall wellbeing provision Very Good in 2023–2024, supported by an on-site medical team comprising a school doctor and a school nurse, a school canteen, and a safe, well-maintained physical environment. The inspection confirmed that premises and facilities provide a safe and secure environment that meets the needs of all students. Management, staffing, facilities and resources were collectively rated Acceptable by DSIB. No recent capital investments or facility expansions have been disclosed. The school's student-to-teacher ratio stands at 1:24, notably higher than Dubai's private school average of 13.6:1, which has implications for the quality of individual attention within existing spaces.
