Payment Terms
Tuition fees are due prior to the start of the academic year and payable in advance of attendance at the start of each term. Fees are invoiced from the time of admission. The FAB GEMS World Credit Card offers up to 3% savings on annual tuition fees paid in advance. Finance team available Monday–Thursday 07:30am–3:30pm and Friday 07:30am–12:30pm.

GEMS Wellington Academy – DSO offers a comprehensive British curriculum education from Nursery through Year 13, with tuition fees for the 2025-26 academic year ranging from AED 40,340 (FS1) to AED 89,246 (Years 12 & 13). All fees are KHDA-approved and structured across three terms, with Term 1 accounting for approximately 40% of the annual fee and Terms 2 and 3 each accounting for approximately 30%. The school's fee structure reflects its Very Good DSIB rating and strong academic outcomes, particularly in mathematics and science where students achieve Outstanding results.
Beyond tuition, families should budget for an application fee of AED 525 (inclusive of VAT and standard assessment), a registration deposit of 10% of total tuition fees upon acceptance, and a re-registration deposit of 5% for returning families to secure their place for the following academic year. Students requiring one-to-one Learning Support Assistance (LSA) will incur additional costs ranging from AED 55,000 to AED 65,000 depending on year group. Exam fees for GCSE and IB examinations are also charged separately and communicated to families during the academic year.
The school offers sibling discounts for families enrolling a 4th or 5th child, providing 15% off for the 4th sibling and 25% off for the 5th sibling. Families can also benefit from the FAB GEMS World Credit Card, which offers up to 3% savings on annual tuition fees paid in advance, plus 10% back on school expenses. Fees are payable in advance at the start of each term, and the finance team is available to assist with payment queries.
