Payment Terms
Tuition fees are due prior to the start of the academic year and payable in advance of attendance at the start of each month. Fees will not be collected in July and August. Payment can be made in person at the school accounts office or through the online parent portal. Bank wire transfer details provided upon request.

GEMS Modern Academy in Dubai offers a comprehensive fee structure across two curriculum tracks: Indian/IB (Pre-Primary through Grade 12) and Indian (Grades 6–12). Annual tuition fees range from AED 30,983 for Pre-Primary up to AED 73,876 for Grades 11–12 under the Indian/IB curriculum, reflecting the school's consistently Outstanding KHDA rating and the breadth of academic provision on offer. The Indian-only curriculum track (Grades 6–12) is priced slightly lower, ranging from AED 48,173 to AED 56,706.
In addition to tuition, families should budget for mandatory annual fees including a School Diary (AED 15.75 including VAT), an ID Card (AED 10.50 including VAT), a Board Registration Fee of AED 55 for Grade 9, and Exam Fees of AED 825 for Grades 10 and 12. New students are also required to pay an Application Fee of AED 525 (including VAT) and a Registration Deposit of 10% of total tuition fees, which is deductible from the annual tuition but non-refundable. A Transfer Certificate fee of AED 120 applies upon withdrawal.
Sibling discounts are available for larger families, with a 15% discount for the 4th sibling and a 25% discount for the 5th sibling. Fees can be paid via cash, cheque, credit card, or bank transfer, either in person or through the online parent portal. The school also partners with FAB GEMS World Credit Card holders, offering up to 3% savings on annual tuition fees paid in advance plus 10% back on school expenses.
