Fairgreen International School occupies a purpose-built campus within The Sustainable City, Dubailand, opened in 2018 and designed from the ground up for minimal environmental impact. The campus is integrated into one of Dubai's most distinctive eco-communities, giving students access not only to the school's own facilities but also to The Sustainable City's shared biodome, jogging and cycling tracks, and Equestrian Centre — an unusual and genuinely valuable extension of the learning environment. Campus size data is [MISSING: total campus area in square metres or acres], which limits direct comparison, but the breadth of provision across a relatively young school is notable.

Academic facilities are strong and well-suited to the IB continuum. The school offers state-of-the-art science laboratories, dedicated makerspaces equipped with 3D printers, electronics, craft and hardware supplies, an art studio and gallery, music and practice rooms, and a rooftop garden. Technology infrastructure is comprehensive: tablets are provided for Pre-KG to Grade 2, iPads are required from Grade 3 upward, and the campus runs a high-speed wireless and wired network supporting G Suite for Education, augmented reality, and virtual reality tools. The KHDA inspection noted that students' use of technology to support learning remains an area for improvement — a finding worth weighing against the school's otherwise modern digital setup.

Sports provision is solid for a school of this size and age. Facilities include two shaded swimming pools, a soccer field, basketball and tennis courts, an indoor multi-purpose hall, and a 1,500 sq.m. purpose-built gymnasium for Middle and High School students. Elementary students have access to two dedicated shaded playgrounds with age-appropriate equipment. The equestrian centre access is a genuine differentiator rarely found at IB schools in Dubai. Some parents have noted a desire for a more competitive sports programme, and the facilities, while functional, do not yet match the elite sports infrastructure seen at the highest-fee IB schools in the city.

Arts and performance are well catered for. The 440-seat auditorium with full light and sound equipment is a meaningful asset for a school of under 1,000 students, supporting productions, assemblies, and community events. The art studio, gallery, and music rooms complete a credible creative arts offering. Wellbeing spaces are a genuine standout: the Wellbeing Hub, Calm Room, and Dragonfly Retreat reflect the school's sustainability-and-care philosophy in physical form, and KHDA rated the school's health and safety Outstanding across all phases — the only domain to achieve that top rating in the 2023–2024 inspection. Overall management, staffing, facilities, and resources were rated Very Good by KHDA.

On fee-to-facility value, Fairgreen's range of AED 49,400 to AED 92,302 places it at the lower-to-mid tier of IB curriculum schools in Dubai, where the median fee is AED 65,097. At its upper fee level, parents should expect — and broadly receive — a well-equipped, thoughtfully designed campus with distinctive sustainability features that genuinely differentiate it from comparable-fee schools. The urban farming room, rooftop garden, and biodome access are not cosmetic additions; they are embedded in the curriculum. Where the campus falls short of the very top IB schools is in the absence of a competition-standard aquatic centre or large-scale indoor sports arena. For families prioritising wellbeing, sustainability, and creative learning environments over elite sports infrastructure, Fairgreen's physical environment represents fair value at its fee level.
