Dubai Heights Academy occupies a 292,000 sq.ft. campus in Al Barsha South, spread across three purpose-built buildings dedicated to EYFS, Primary, and Secondary phases. Founded in 2017, the site was designed from the outset to accommodate a full all-through school, and with current enrolment of around 660 students against a planned capacity of 1,800, the campus feels notably spacious — a genuine advantage for families prioritising room to move and learn.

The most significant recent development is the brand-new Secondary building opened in summer 2025, which represents a substantial investment in specialist provision. It houses 35 classrooms, 7 science labs, 4 computer suites, 3 art and design labs, a food technology lab, 4 design and technology labs covering product design, electronics, textiles, graphics and robotics, 2 drama studios, 2 music rooms with practice suites, a cafeteria, and an auditorium. The simultaneously launched Altumuh Sixth Form Centre signals the school's intent to grow into a credible post-16 destination. Primary provision is also well-equipped, with 2 science laboratories, a hydroponics lab, a blackbox drama studio, a cinematic auditorium, and 3 libraries across the campus — described by KHDA inspectors as exceptionally well-stocked.

Sports facilities are a clear strength. The campus offers 3 swimming pools — a temperature-regulated indoor EYFS pool and 2 temperature-regulated outdoor pools — alongside a full-sized outdoor football pitch, three separate sports halls (EYFS, Primary, and Secondary), and a rooftop multipurpose court for basketball, netball, and tennis. For a school operating at discounted fees from AED 30,000, this breadth of sports infrastructure is exceptional; even at the KHDA-approved upper fee of AED 96,880, the provision compares favourably against the British curriculum median of AED 49,630 in Dubai, where parents at that price point would rightly expect — and here receive — genuinely premium physical resources.

Specialist and wellbeing spaces add further depth. The EYFS building includes an indoor and outdoor animal garden and creative natural playgrounds. The Primary Enrichment Zone — comprising the Wonderworld Snoezelen sensory room, Fun Junction soft play, and a Lego room — reflects the school's strong inclusion ethos. A health team operates on site, and a parent coffee shop reinforces the school's emphasis on community. Technology infrastructure includes 4 computer suites in Secondary, computer laboratories in Primary, and an MIT AI STEAM curriculum delivered by an on-site MIT consultant — a facility distinction unique to DHA among British curriculum schools in Dubai.

KHDA rated management, staffing, facilities and resources Outstanding in the 2023–2024 inspection — the highest sub-rating available and a meaningful endorsement of the physical environment. Inspectors noted premises maintained to very high standards of hygiene and security, and health and safety rated Outstanding across all phases. For families weighing value, DHA's campus represents one of the stronger facility-to-fee propositions among Very Good-rated British curriculum schools in Dubai.
