All nurses working across the nursery group are DHA licensed, with specialist qualifications and experience in family medicine, paediatrics and midwifery, and hold bachelor's degrees in nursing. The Head of Operations oversees licensing, compliance, health and safety, and child protection and safeguarding across the group, supporting a safe and well-managed setting for every child.
