Belinay Early Learning Center follows the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework, integrating its seven areas of learning, communication and language, physical development, personal, social and emotional development, literacy, mathematics, understanding the world, and expressive art and design, into daily lessons, play and activities. Children are supported to reach age-appropriate developmental milestones at their own pace through intentional teaching and enabling environments. Alongside the core EYFS targets, the nursery has developed what it calls the 'Belinay Difference', additional enrichment woven through each area of learning. This includes cosy reading corners and storytelling circles for communication, an adventure play area and dance and movement classes for physical development, and mindfulness activities to support emotional self-regulation. Belinay also runs a set of Early Years focus programmes covering early mathematics, early literacy and phonics, art, music, language, Islamic studies, STEAM, world citizenship and environmental awareness (Earth Warrior). These focus programmes are designed to build foundational skills such as number recognition, early reading and writing, scientific curiosity and respect for cultural diversity, preparing children for their next steps in education.

Belinay organises its learning environment into three age-based programmes for children between one and four years old. Bel Toddlers, for children aged one to two years, focuses on early motor skills, communication and social interaction as children take their first steps and words. Bel Nursery, for two to three year olds, encourages exploration and confidence-building through play-based learning as children begin to make sense of the world around them. Bel Foundation, for children aged three to four years, offers a more dynamic learning journey where children begin working with letters and numbers, building independence and critical thinking in preparation for their transition into primary school.

Belinay's nursery in Oud Metha, Dubai is made up of purpose-designed classrooms including Dolphin Cove, Bear Den, Twinkling Tots, Mirage Meadows and Galaxy Gliders, each created to offer nature-inspired, stimulating learning spaces for different age groups. The setting also includes a STEM Station, an indoor play area, a sensory room and cosy reading corners, giving children a variety of environments in which to explore, create and learn through play. A dedicated first aid room supports the nursery's approach to children's health and safety on site.

Staff are described as being attentive to the importance of attachment, encouraging children to build relationships with adults and peers from a range of backgrounds and cultures. The nursery maintains a first aid room on site as part of its approach to children's health and safety, and works in partnership with parents through regular communication and updates on each child's progress and daily activities.

Joining Belinay Early Learning Center begins with booking a personal nursery tour, led by the Nursery Manager, to explore the facilities and meet the team. Tours can be scheduled between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, and typically last around 45 minutes. Following the tour, families complete an online admission form or request a Registration and Permissions Pack from the nursery office, submitting documents such as the child's birth certificate, passport, UAE residence visa, Emirates ID, passport photographs and immunisation record. Once documents are submitted, families proceed to pay tuition fees for their selected programme and days, along with other nursery fees such as registration, medical, uniform and parent application fees, to secure their child's place.
