ACADEMIC PROGRAMME
The curriculum is designed to ensure the all round development of each student. Apart from being comprehensive, the curriculum is also very practical and stresses on the importance of experimenting and experiencing in order to develop the total personality of the child and achieve the required academic success. The medium of instruction is English and special emphasis is placed on the teaching of both written and spoken English at all levels. The scheme of study develops in a manner, both structured and flexible, while the link between the KG and primary is integral and phased.
PRIMARY (GRADE 1-4)
At the Primary level there is great emphasis on development-based curriculum. Students are taught the essential concepts of various subjects. The progress of each child is monitored closely and regular assessments are conducted, the result of which is communicated to the parents to allow for a meaningful feedback and co-operation with the school.
Special emphasis is laid on the development of positive attitudes and healthy habits among the students, and this is achieved mainly through the teaching of Islamic Studies and Moral Instruction. Apart from preparing the students to succeed in academics, they are also taught the importance of maintaining a high moral fibre, being honest and conducting themselves with dignity in every task they undertake.
A strong foundation in Reading, Creative Writing, Science and Mathematics is established and strengthened in a caring and stimulating environment, wherein the learning process in made positive and more meaningful.
MIDDLE (GRADE 5-7)
During the three years of Middle School Education, the students' intellectual, aesthetic, physical and cultural growth and development are intensified and extended to a foundation course designed to suit children from an international background. The smooth transition from childhood to adolescence is facilitated by imparting a comprehensive, value-based education.
At the end of this stage, the child is ready to take up almost any syllabus-Indian or Foreign.

PROMOTION RULES for Standard III to VII Marking Scheme
WEIGHTAGE FOR ANNUAL AGGREGATE:
12.5% marks of the First Term Evaluation
12.5% marks of the Second Term Evaluation.
75% marks of the Final Evaluation.
PORTIONS FOR THE EXAMINATION OF STD. III TO VII
1st Term: The complete portion of the 1st Term
2nd Term: Selected portion from the 1st Term and complete portion of the 2nd Term.
Final Examination: Selected portion from the 1st and 2nd Terms and complete portion of the final term.
HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL ( GRADE 8-10 )
Three years of study at this level leads to secondary school leaving certificate examination held by the state Board of Secondary Education. Kerala, vide order no. G. O. (MS) 176/90/G. Edn. dated 18-08-1990. The national council of Educational Research and Training, New Delhi (a parent body of education in India) approved syllabus is followed at this level. S.S.L.C. is internationally acknowledged and appreciated. This certificate is universally recognized as a qualification for admission to any Indian or foreign system of higher education at Pre-degree/ Plus Two/ Higher Secondary levels.
SPECIAL FEATURE OF S.S.L.C.
Model Examinations: In order to help students get accustomed to sitting for S.S.L.C exam, our students are given a number of "Model Exams". This system called 'breakthrough', not only gives a very good indication of the type of questions that may be expected time; so that all questions are attempted. The objective is for students to pass the examination with as high a percentage as possible by concentrating on what will matter in the examination hall.
EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR GRADE 8, 9 & 10
Grading system is followed for both SSLC Exam & HSE Exam. Assessment is based on Continuous Evaluation (CE) & Term End Evaluation (TE).
Separate minimum in TE is required for a pass (D+) in each paper.
Only Grades shall be furnished in the report cards and failure and pass will not be recorded.
HIGHER SECONDARY LEVEL
a) The students who wish to study Science/Commerce stream, in the Higher Secondary School should undergo an entrance test and secure minimum 50% of marks for the eligibility.
b) Candidates seeking admission to Grade 11 should not have completed 18 years of age as on 1st June of the year of admission.
c) Higher Secondary Course has been declared as equivalent to Pre-degree Course and therefore, students who have completed/failed pre-degree course shall not be admitted to the Higher Secondary Course.
d) Candidates provisionally selected will be required to appear for an interview before the Principal on a specified date. The candidates at the time of interview must be accompanied by his/her guardian.
4. Medium of Instruction
The medium of instruction is English.
5. Attendance and Progress Certificate
A student will be permitted to appear for the final year (XII Std.) Higher Secondary Examination only if his/her attendance and progress report is satisfactory. He/she has to acquire 75% of attendance of the number of working days in each academic year.
6. Further Study
Students who pass Std. XII Higher Secondary Examination are eligible for admission to the first year degree/ engineering/ medical courses etc. subject to admission rules laid down by each university.
