Indian School Ajman follows the syllabi and courses prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education. The Board revises the curriculum regularly and the school follows the updated curriculum.
- Admission upto class VIII (class VIII and below) are regulated by the rules of Ministry of Education, UAE.
- Admission to class IX is open only to a student who has passed class VIII examination from an institution affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education.
- A candidate for All India Secondary School Examination should have passed the Middle School Examination (class VIII) of an affiliated school of the Board atleast two years earlier than the year in which he/she would take the class X examination.
- The scheme of examination and pass criteria for All India Secondary School Examination conducted by the Board shall be as per the guide lines set by the Board from time to time.
- Class IX and X examination are conducted internally by the school. Students who wish to change from CBSE system to other Boards have to take the external examination conducted by the Board.
- English is the medium of instruction and Arabic is compulsory as per the rules of MOE, UAE.
- Students have to learn one more language, Hindi or Malayalam.
- Students who successfully pass the class X examination are eligible to continue their studies for Class XI & XII.
- After completing the AISSCE (grade XII, students can seek admission to universities and higher education colleges.
